In May 2019, elena released her debut EP “Hard to Love”, which continues to receive extremely positive reviews. Buffalo Music Hall of Fame artist Nelson Starr describes it as "arguably artistically perfect,” adding "I'm beyond eager to hear what a full record from elena would sound like and to check out new material.” Each track on “Hard to Love” conveys Elena’s multi-faceted capacity for creating dynamic songs that explore human relationships, self-doubt, personal growth, and new beginnings. As an ally for those who suffer from anxiety and depression, Elena is hopeful that the relatable lyrics and youthful sound remind listeners that they are not alone. Inspired by Lorde’s dream pop soundscapes and Rihanna’s modern twist on R&B, on “Hard to Love” Elena develops a sound of all her own matched with lyrical maturity far beyond her years.

At the age of 18, Elena already has an impressive resume, having worked with industry professionals not only in pop, but in jazz and theatre as well. She won honorable mention in the National YoungArts Competition popular voice category. As part of that award, in April 2019, she attended a weeklong intensive, participating in master classes and workshops with internationally recognized music leaders. In 2018, Elena made it to the judges round of American Idol national talent search.

Olivia Notaro, 18 years old, is a Buffalo-based singer-songwriter excitedly awaiting release of her second set of original songs. Her first CD, Red Ledger Notes, was released in 2015 as part of a fundraising effort for what is now Brian Moorman's & Children's Hospital's P.U.N.T. FUND. Olivia is still a friend of the organization and to its mission of helping families dealing with pediatric cancer.

Olivia has just finished her freshman year at Ithaca College, where she will be in charge of running the Open Mic Night in the Fall of 2019, helping other musicians to find a platform for performance. She continues to regularly sing, perform, and write new music, and she is excited for what the future might bring.
